Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  • Check around your delivery location.
  • Ask neighbors or household members.
  • Contact the shipping carrier.
  • Reach out to us if you need additional assistance.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time we only ship within the United States.
